Our puddings are made using our signature double grind of biscuit which is combined with warm Belgian dark chocolate enriched with salted butter, and brandy soaked fruit. The double grind of biscuits allows us to create a biscuit pudding that is soft and truffle like but with a lovely crunch running through it. It is the perfect alternative for those who aren’t a fan of a traditional Christmas pudding.
Three different flavours are available
Brandy & Christmas Spices – Cinnamon and ginger combine to create a warm scent and flavour of Christmas.
Irish Cream Liqueur – The Irish Cream in this pudding makes it our creamiest, most truffle like pudding.
Spiced Arancello & Cardamom – We make our own orange liqueur for this flavour, spiced with cardamom and vanilla.
