Fresh orange zest and our home made spiced arancello give this pudding a citrus zing combined with the warmth of cardamom, vanilla and just a hint of cinnamon and ginger.
Dark Belgian chocolate and butter are melted together and infused with these flavours and then combined with our signature double grind of biscuit to give a wonderful truffle like texture with just a hint of a crunch. Serve with a pour of single cream and glass of Cointreau.
